Kunstenaar en stedenbouwkundige Ton Matton is opnieuw een samenwerking aangegaan met WiMBY!. en heeft Hoogvliet uitgekozen als locatie voor een nieuw project: de Klimaatmachine. Directe aanleiding voor dit experiment zijn de klimaatveranderingen die plaatsvinden op aarde.

2003 Guest Professor Hochschule für bildende Künste Hamburg. Projects on Flüchtlingslager and windmills.

2003 Human Vector exhibition with seven maps of Rotterdam drawn as a landscape site, with mountains, meadows, lakes and forests. The maps are remarking the density and position of shells, darfs, spiders, grasshoppers, deafs, figs and "dens leepelblad"- creatures that were able to find an ecological space of habit in the human cities. Places as in an archaic landscapes like the Grand Canyon. Places in the shadows of the skyscrapers, on their roofs or in the dust of highways.

2002 Jungle Shower, bathroom inside sewage-field realised in Werkstatt Wendorf

2001 Blue Lagoon, concept for an autonomous watersystem in a building in the IJ-lake, Amsterdam. Commissioned by MVRDV.

2001 Werkstatt Wendorf, renovation of a deserted school in Wendorf, eastern Germany, and transformation into a hotel for sabbatical leave. Commissioned by Sabbatical Cells BVi.o, grant from the Dutch Foundation of visual arts.

2001 Free-range Kitchen can be placed foot-loose. No cables, no sewage pipes, but a filtration field with vegetation to recycle the waste water. A huge ice-cube provides the cold in the refrigerator. Placed in the Milan Droog design Exhibition, in cooperation with Schie 2.0. Sink Fridge

2001 Composting Toilet, a vertical compost- toilet to place on the first floor. The composting-container will be on living-room level. Self-proposed project, in cooperation with Atelier van Lieshout.

2000 Free-range Headquarters, the new office is a self-sufficient mobile caravan, supplied with composttoilet, kitchen with vegetation-sewage filter, solarpanels, mobile phone, portable computer and internetconnection. It can be moved 40 km per hour.

1999 Learning from Berkel en Rodenrijs is an urbanproject focused on the rules for developing 3 locations along the main street. Comissioned by: Vinex-projectbureau Berkel en Rodenrijs.

1999 The Hague Central Station connects the two stations CS and HS by a 1500 meter platform. All transport systems, from tram to HST stop along this platform. A Tapis Roulant wich contains a Coffee Bar reduces the time to transfer back to 15 minutes. Location Hoog Hage, commissioned by city council The Hague.
